New Student Application

Thanks for your interest in Al-Bayan Bilingual School. To initiate the Registration procedures for your new child/ren, please acknowledge the following terms before submitting your application:

Terms and Conditions:
  • This form is for NEW students who wish to join BBS and students who withdrew from BBS previously and wish to re-enroll again. It is NOT to re-enroll the CURRENT BBS students.
  • Submitting the online application form does not guarantee admission to BBS as acceptance is subject to passing the entrance evaluation and the availability of seats.
  • Due to full capacity in some classes, applications for particular grades will only be accepted on a wait list basis. You can contact the Admissions Office for capacity information.
  • Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  • Please ensure to upload clear and readable attachments to avoid any delay in reviewing your application.
  • The application form is not considered complete until the application fee is paid.
  • Application fees are non-refundable.
  • Students entering BBS must have sufficient English and Arabic skills to meet the instructional demands of the grade level in which they apply. This is because the school does not offer Arabic as a Second Language or English as a Second Language.
  • Applications who meet the criteria for age, academic and behavior records will then be invited to take an entrance interview / evaluation.
  • Academic and social development are essential considerations for enrollment. Within these general criteria, priority for available vacancies is granted to siblings of current students, children of alumni, staff members’ children, and then to children of new families.
  • Students placed on the wait list will be contacted in case a spot opens for their child.
  • Your application has to have the correct academic year, as highlighted at the top of the form.
  • The age category cutoff date is December 31st. Please review the  Age Categories  table to know the minimum age accepted in each grade level. If you have any doubt, please contact our Admissions Office.
  • Proceed below to complete and submit the online form and attach the required documents. Once your form is submitted and validated, the payment link will be emailed to you to confirm processing your application. This also depends on the seats availability.
